WHY
Ever since I switched from a fitness-focused, high carb, 6-meal a day diet to Low Carb, incorporating intermittent fasting, my life changed for the better. Not only I am not a slave of food anymore, but I am free from the constant mood swings, painful and irregular periods and I now have the best energy to fuel my daily workouts.
Being Low Carb is my way of living. It’s a lifestyle. I swing from Low Carb to Keto depending on season and food availability. We don’t need carbs, in fact, carbohydrates are not essential because we can make them.
That being said, I still enjoy sweet foods. Not necessarily sugary foods. In my food I am always looking for those rich flavors and crunchy textures that are also healthy and nourishing. I quickly realized that our tribe was looking for the same properties in their food. That’s how our Keto-nola and our Paleo-Nola came about.

WHAT
Our granolas contain a short list of high-quality ingredients, like pure, sugar and alcohol-free Canadian maple and vanilla extract, that taste awesome with 0 refined sugar. Our Paleo-Nola is sweetened with a touch of raw honey and our Keto-nola with monk fruit and erythritol.
Our Keto-nola also features pure MCT oil, which is an instant source of energy to fuel your brain and body.
Many Paleo and Keto dieters consider nuts and seeds a dietary staple. They’re convenient, rich in healthy fats, low in carbs, and abundant in health-protecting antioxidants and nutrients.

Healthy is a word that means different things to different people. For us it’s about having a healthy attitude to food and enjoying the foods that will ultimately KEEP you energised and happy.
When developing our recipes, we conjured up flavour combinations we reckon you’ll love, but we’re also very conscious about the nutritional profile.
We first select only the highest quality nuts and seeds. We then carefully sprout them so that all those toxic agents you might worry about never make it to our finalized Keto and Paleo-nolas.
Both our Keto and Paleo-nolas are baked to order, two times a month. Sweetened to perfection and naturally flavored.

We’re online! But we want to be in your breakfast, as part of your pre/post workout meals, or as an afternoon time pick-me-up. In fact, many of our clients love KEEP FUELED to break their fasts, whether it is a 16-hour or a 3 day longer fast.
