Pollo Fit: It tastes very good!
Paula: In what instances would you use our granola Keep Fueled Paleo lowcarb, that is sweetened with raw honey?
Pollo Fit: Maybe Pre-Training, (as a pre-workout). I think it has a little more carbs, but they are minimal, so it makes for a good pre-workout. That doesn’t mean that after training you can not eat it.
Paula: And the ketogenic KetoNola version?
Pollo Fit: This is perfect as a post-workout and during the day, mid afternoon or just when you’re are hungry. It’s very good! It has MCTs, coconut oil, seeds, and it has bacon. It’s great!
